LemonTop Gin Delivery Information

We want you to enjoy your LemonTop Gin product as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your delivery promptly.

It is important to us that your product is delivered in perfect condition. 

Our LemonTop Gin delivery​ charge covers the courier charge and the cost of our boxes and then there’s the tape and other packing materials to ensure that your experience of LemonTop Gin is a great one. 

We are looking for a more cost effective ways to deliver and distribute LemonTon Gin so we can keep the costs as low as we can.

Our Standard LemonTop Gin delivery​ service is only available on a single bottle and uses the Royal Mail signed for service!

This usually takes 3-5 working days but in the current climate some orders are taking a little longer!

We aim for your order to be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed. To allow this, your order must be placed before 10PM.

Orders placed before 10PM on a Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Delivery Monday depending on the courier.

Orders placed after 10PM on a Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday!

We are also now offering Click and collect for £1.50 (to cover the cost of the gift bags) from Ritas Pantry, 1 Esplanade, Redcar TS10 3AA

You’ll be able to select your slot at checkout and collect your order

Please note your gin won’t be there before your allocated day and you can’t buy gin directly from Rita’s (although you can buy some delicious beer) so please double check your time and if you are unsure get in touch

Why not take a look at Rita’s facebook and order some beers from them while you’re there

The cut off for ordering is 6pm the day before. If you could take your order confirmation with you that would be great.

International delivery: This service is not available to all countries. Please contact us at hello@lemontopgin.co.uk before placing your order for us to confirm that this service is available.

Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim
