We like using a whole raspberry but this recipe also works well with crushed raspberries and a sprig of mint.
Ingredients
- 25ml LemonTop Gin
- 100ml prosecco
- Splash of soda water
- 3 fresh raspberries or 25ml of raspberry puree
Method
- Add Raspberries to a champagne flute
- Pour in your LemonTop Gin
- Add a splash of soda water
- Top up with Prosecco
- Enjoy the taste of summer with this gin cocktail no matter what the weather.
