Ingredients

  • 50ml LemonTop Gin
  • Juice of half a Lemon
  • 200g Fresh Raspberries (Frozen raspberries also work well and save on using the ice)
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • Handful of ice
  • Fruit to garnish

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy in the sunshine.
