- 25ml LemonTop Gin
- 100ml Prosecco
- Splash of soda water
- 3 fresh raspberries or 25ml of raspberry puree
- Add raspberries or puree into a champagne flute
- Pour LemonTop gin Add a splash of soda water
- Top up with Prosecco
- Enjoy a nostalgic taste of the seaside
