Tom Collins Gin Cocktail Recipe

This is the LemonTop twist on the classic irresistible, refreshing Tom Collins Gin Cocktail featured on our LemonTop Gin postcard, if you have lost the card don’t worry we have got you covered.
Ingredients:
- 50ml LemonTop Gin
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup (dissolve 300g caster sugar in 150ml water over low heat and then leave to cool)
- 50ml club soda
- Sprigs of mint
- Slice of lemon
- Ice
Method:
- Add LemonTop Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and some hint of mint to a glass full of ice
- Mix well
- Top up with club soda
- Garnish with slice of lemon and sprig of mint
- Enjoy a nostalgic taste of the seaside
